: website runtime and build evidence
- Moved website-side PHP checks ahead of CLI checks.
- Replaced the ambiguous “Fix confirmed” and “Likely fixed” labels with explicit vendor-build and upstream-threshold comparisons. Every result separately states that the website runtime is not verified.
- Added a post-update checklist and hosting support template, and documented the comparison rules, evidence levels and limits.
- Marked maintainer details as pending rather than implying a confirmed maintainer identity or review team.
This corrects the scope of the wording; it does not change the recorded fix thresholds or claim a new vendor release.
Earlier in this content snapshot
- Updated the homepage question, short answer and source-linked FAQ.
- Added a self-check, a compromise checklist and an attributed timeline.
- Added a short data and logging policy and advisory structured data.
- Adjusted branch and fixed-version spacing.
